When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation of receipt of payment. Delivery generally takes place on the following working day (2 days for the islands and for the Calabria region) for orders placed and with confirmation of receipt of payment by 12:00. As soon as the package is entrusted to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the Tracking Number to monitor its arrival.

Estimated delivery dates include the times for packing/packing the Product, the distance between the country of origin and the country of destination and may vary, especially during holidays, in the presence of adverse weather conditions, in hard-to-reach locations, or in case of errors in filling in the delivery address.

Estimated delivery times are given in working days (therefore not including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and may vary for some particular locations, such as the islands.

The buyer is solely responsible for the declarations made during registration on the site and/or when completing the order. Therefore, we will not be able to answer for the non-delivery of the goods purchased due to errors made by the buyer.

Which countries are you shipping to?

The goods are shipped exclusively to Italy (therefore with the exclusion of the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican State).
